One to one counselling can be a powerful and personal way of dealing with issues and problems that present themselves at anytime in our lives. Having worked for the NHS and local authorities, my experiences have helped develop techniques and skills that centre around allowing clients to explore and understand their feelings, behaviors and relationships. Giving time and space to find personal solutions and resolve conflicts that may have unnecessary influence on day to day life.

With a choice of venues both indoors, or out amongst woodlands and wilderness, clients can be sure to feel comfortable and at ease ready to talk freely about subjects that really matter.
