It is a question that often comes up for people that are new to the process, and although its something of a rabbit hole once you start looking into it, there are a few simple element that should give you an idea of where your path will take you.
With over 450 different schools of thought that are forever developing and multiplying it can be a little confusing and daunting. I have made a short video that hopefully answers some simple questions that people find themselves asking when they start to consider counselling and therapy.
